Paul and Christy really saved us just before closing time this Friday! Found a very low back passenger tire after a week on Yampa . Even though the service bay closed at 5, Christy told Paul (service manager) and he personally found a headless screw hidden in the treads and patched the tire so we could go on safely. Right from the start downtown Dodge was the only local dealership I could find who truly and thoroughly understood not just my needs but the needs of my car and it’s warrantees clear down to the fact that you have to reset two lights or my car will constantly tell me it needs an oil change…Downtown Dodge has me COVERED. They took care of us and they will be my dealership for life

DO NOT USE their online scheduler! There’s a Tell Me More field…they cannot see your answer! We scheduled with steering shimmy. They couldn’t see my issue & they don’t do alignments. Saving grace…they sent us to HEATON TIRE & WHEEL which took care of the issue immediately!

Five-star service and communications. Derek arranged for my car to be towed and got it in for service quickly. Communication about proposed services and pricing was clear, frequent and easy – – done by text. They were happy to arrange pick up on a day their service department was not open, which was very accommodating, as I came to Vernal on Saturday to pick up the Jeep.

The staff is great and know be by name. They always go out of their way to make sure my vehicles are up to date and do a clean job when changing the oil and filters. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they took the liberty to wash my car without asking. I just got done detailing my jeep before I went in for the service. By the time I got home I water hard water spots everywhere that I had to clean again.

I have had our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee into Downtown Dodge multiple times over the last few months. I want to give a shout out to Carlie one of the Service Advisors, she is amazing and always willing to help. In every step of the repair process she makes sure that I know we gats going on with my vehicle. I would highly recommend Downtown Dodge Service to friends and family and obviously make sure Carlie is there advisor.
